1. 下载CA bundle (cacert.pem) from http://curl.haxx.se/docs/caextract.html
2. 在服务器上找一个位置存放cacert.pem 类似于/opt/local/cacert.pem
3. 打开php的配置文件php.ini
4. 添加配置curl.ca_info = /opt/local/cacert.pem
5. 重启服务器apache或者nginx
